Love as a duty is dead

The more you expect love, the more difficult it will be for love to flow back to you. If you expect love from someone the other will feel it as bondage; it will be a duty for him, something which he has to do. And when love is a duty it cannot fulfill anyone because love as a duty is dead.

Love can only be play, not a duty. Love is freedom and duty is bondage, a heavy burden that one has to carry. And when you have to carry something, the beauty of it is lost. The freshness, the poetry, everything is lost, and the other will immediately feel that it is only something dead which has been given.

Expectation Is The Poison

Expect, and there will be frustration. Don't expect, and there will be no frustration. Frustration is a byproduct: the more you expect, the more you create your own frustration. So frustration is not really the problem, it is the result. Expectation is the problem.

Everything we do, we do with expectations. If I love someone, an expectation enters without my even knowing it. I begin to expect love in return. I have not yet loved, I have not grown into love yet, but the expectation has come and now it will destroy the whole thing. Love creates more frustration than anything else in the world because, with love, you are in a utopia of expectation.

Expectation is the poison. That's why there is frustration; it has to be so. Realize the falsity, the poisonousness of the expecting mind. By and by, if you can become aware of it, the expectations will drop and there will be no frustration.

What Love Is

Life without love is life without life itself. It is just lived at the minimum somehow lived. In fact a drag it is boredom, meaninglessness, it is simply waiting for nothing to happen.

The man without love is born dead lives dead, dies dead it is a long process of death but love brings a transformation. Love is like a spring suddenly hidden sources start flowing for the first time one feels the thrill of existence the adventure, the immense call of the unknown and a tremendous desire to plunge into the ocean of existence that's exactly what love is...

The power of a hug

Healing is sometimes about simply having someone hold you in their arms and feeling their love - caring - and compassion.... knowing there is someone there who shares your journey and will be there for you.

To many souls - reality is a lonely, painful experience - with nowhere to turn.

A hug is a way to share both good and bad times with others.

A hug can create a connection that one cannot express in words.

Desire For The Other

Your desire for the other, your longing that without the other, you will never be complete, is absolutely true.

Man and woman are not just one... man just man, woman just woman... no. They are both together: man is half man and half woman, and the same is true about women. Unless the man and the woman inside you become one whole, you will remain discontented, with something always missing.

Meanwhile, before you meet your inner woman or man, find a man or a woman outside. You will learn much. This is not going to be the end; all men are experimental for women and all women are experimental for men. Experimenting with a few relationships, you will be mature enough to recognize your own woman or your own man.

Calling Angels

The more we call upon the angels, the more they can come to our assistance. Here are some ways to call the angels in.

Angels want to surround us, and they greatly desire to give us help. Our joy brings them enormous pleasure. Yet, they cannot help us unless we ask. A universal law that binds angels says, "No angel shall interfere with a human's life unless asked, with the sole exception of a life-threatening emergency. An angel will not make decisions for a human, but-when asked-an angel may offer advice and different ways of looking at the given situation."

So an angel may nudge you or encourage you, and an angel may create a miraculous coincidence for you. However, an angel cannot help you unless you choose to accept the help, because you have free will.

To ask for angelic assistance, you needn't conduct a formal invocation ceremony. God and the angels aren't complicated, due to their true nature of pure and simple love. Only our lower-self ego believes that spirituality is necessarily complicated, because it cannot believe that something so powerful and great could be accessible to everyone instantly. Yet, it's true.
